Training & Development Executive (HR)

Job Description:

  • Conduct induction program for new joinees.
  • Create training material for in-house courses for improving the capabilities of existing staff.
  • Must have the ability to research, write behavioral objectives, and write training materials.
  • Responsible for performing miscellaneous duties related to Training & Development / Organization Development.
