Hire solid performers in shortest possible time who are genuinely interested in the job offered at Marvist and contribute to Marvist achieving its quarterly performance objectives as well as its long term performance objectives. Performing results in this position will lead to significant career growth within the company as company gives preference to insiders for senior positions.
- Handle end to end recruiting for one or more positions and recruit the right candidates in a timely manner.
- Using your in depth understanding of recruiting techniques, methods, processes and contemporary literature on this subject select high quality candidates.
- Strong bias for action – design/execute recruiting campaigns independently.
Handle the complicated aspects of a recruiting assignment to help junior recruiters to hire good persons.
- Have commitment to recruit professionally and commitment to meritocracy: Review on merit large number of candidates.
- Consistently hire performers quickly: Reduce the time to hire by consistently working smarter and harder.
- Always be aware of the overall status of the job position where recruitment is actively being done to update progress to hiring managers and senior management.
- Understand the job position and Marvist. Hire for the long term.
- Monitor objectively the recruiting environment in Hyderabad and update the senior management.
- Do high quality selection. Have a talent to spot those who perform weakly in interviews but can actually excel in performance in the real job.
- Make compelling offers to recruit the selected candidates, by understanding the job, the compensation and other benefits and clearly communicate to candidate in easy to understand way.
What we require:
- Should have minimum of 6 months to 4 years of experience in recruitments.
- Should handle the recruiting process in a pleasant, professional way while being focused on the objectives.
