Recruiter & HR Generalist

Marvist Digital Marketing is seeking dynamic and skilled professional with a desire to learn and commitment to perform.  This is a single job that covers 2 areas. Person will be responsible for in-house recruiting as well as handling HR generalist responsibilities for a small team. Person will recruit for internal hiring for mostly non-IT positions.

Job Description:

Position offers attractive remuneration and opportunities to contribute to the organization while building new capabilities.

  • Sourcing of candidates through various job portals and screening the resumes for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge.
  • Based on annual HR cycle of HR works support as part-time HR generalist.
  • Handle on-boarding, induction training, basic training,  an employee counseling among other matters.
  • Conduct initial rounds of interview to check suitability of candidates for required positions.
  • Should be excellent in understanding the job description, its key result areas, opportunities, career implications and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the companies requirement.
  • Be helpful to the candidates by providing information about the company and the benefits of working at Marvist Digital Marketing.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidates recruiting.
  • Leverage expertise and skill to utilize the Internet for recruitment.
  • Submitting status reports in a timely manner.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • This is a position suitable for a person who is smart with people matters, skilled in recruiting / HR operations and whose strengths are identifying good talent and being able to interact well with people.
    • Demonstrated ability in successfully hiring good candidates in a competitive atmosphere.
    • Minimum 6 months of experience as recruiter
    • Decent academic achievements along with strong internal compass and self confidence.
    • Articulate with good persuasion and communication skills.
    • Ideal candidates will be MBA/PG Diploma in HR, BBA is preferred (but not must) and having zeal to constantly learn and handle new challenges.
    • Should handle the recruiting process in a pleasant, professional way while being focused on the objectives.
